The day opens with a guided tea ceremony and grounding meditation, followed by keynote talks, research sessions, and a panel on "AI, Mindfulness & Planetary Health" co-created with UZH.ai, the Center for Law and Economics at ETH Zurich, the World Meditation Foundation, and The BRIDGE Lab.
