His Swing Symphony, takes listeners on a road trip across the United States, passing through New York, St. Louis, New Orleans and Los Angeles. Smoky bars, sinful saxophones, Prohibition-era indulgences and urban optimism -- this hour-long journey through American musical history keeps you on the edge of your seat from start to finish. The evening continues with the Awing for Singles concert club at Restaurant Preludi, starting at 8 PM. Head start at Restaurant Preludi at 18.00. Discussion of the forthcoming concert. Oulu is the European Capital of Culture in 2026. Swing Symphony is part of the Oulu2026 cultural programme and the cultural climate change initiative. *** Duration about 1 h 10 min (no intermission) Tickets 42 € normal / 32 € pensioner / 22 € student, unemployed, child (3--17 yrs) Free entry to the concert for Kaikukortti holders (limited amount, must be purchased in advance from Oulu10 service point).
