Ambient Sound Bath: Traditional & Electronic Sounds

A sound bath is a unique opportunity to be at rest and fully immerse yourself in a live sound and music performance, and I hope this Sunday evening session will be perfect for unwinding after a busy weekend or easing into the week ahead. Mats are provided to lie or sit on and blankets are also available. Important: • There are two flights of steps to access the studio. • Music can be powerful and therapeutic, promoting relaxation and changes in brain state. I am facilitating this experience as a qualified musician - I do not have medical / therapy qualifications.
