We close with an optional Sharing Circle and additional time to integrate and connect over tea and snacks. Breath & Chill offers a safe, supportive space for transformative group experiences rooted in Rebirthing Breathwork (a type of Conscious Connected Breathing). It is an invitation to turn inward, reconnect with your breath, let go of tension, quiet the mind and settle into your body. Everyone's experience is different, and there is nothing you need to achieve or perform.
