In her gatherings, she weaves together embodiment, movement, reflection and ritual to create spaces for connection, self-expression and transformation. She is passionate about guiding women back into their bodies, reconnecting with their emotions and inner truth, and creating spaces where they can feel safe to express themselves freely, take up space and step into their power.
