Infos zu Veranstaltungsort und Tickets

Are you someone who moves fast, thinks hard, and rarely stops? You're building something. Leading something. Or ambitiously figuring out what's next. And somewhere along the way — the mind gets full.✦ Then this space is for you. ✦ Every week, a small group of founders, builders, and professionals come together — to meditate, to reflect, and to explore the best ideas from the world's greatest thinkers. Distilled summaries of books and insights from authors, leaders, and people who've been through it. Think of it like going to the gym — but for your mind. It's something between group therapy, burnout prevention, and personal growth. A space built on compassion and honesty — where what's shared stays within the room. Where you might hear something that changes how you see a decision, a relationship, or yourself. And where you'll find people who get it. ◯ What Happens in a Session 🧘 Guided group meditation + 📖 Curated book summary or story + 🌿 Open reflection (wins, challenges & plans) Duration: 90 minutes No prior meditation experience needed. About MindfulCircles MindfulCircles is a weekly space for mental resilience and inner growth. We are ambitious, busy professionals, and many of us have had their fair share of success but also burnout, downtimes, and various challenges in life. Yet, in many moments, there was no space that can contain both the inner balance and the professional ambition. Therapists don’t really relate to the words we use professionally. Colleagues and friends can hold only one side of the story. This space is for both sides. A supportive community of like-minded professionals, creating a room where one can share the things that don’t belong at home, in the office, or at work. And a weekly mental resilience practice. We like to say it is a gym for your inner self. A place where you don’t need to navigate challenges of life and celebrate inner-wins alone anymore.
