About the organizers: The Enterprise Europe Network (EEN) supports and connects companies, universities, and research institutions in developing foreign markets, finding business and project partners, participating in European funding programmes, and much more. Launched by the European Commission in 2008, the EEN brings together more than 600 business-related organisations from across Europe and beyond. The EEN focuses on the internationalisation of small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) in industry, commerce and the craft sector. In addition, the EEN promotes cooperation and clustering between companies, universities and research institutions. It also provides advice on innovation management. Fraunhofer AVIATION & SPACE is an association of 37 institutes of the Fraunhofer-Gesellschaft (FhG) that conduct applied research in the field of aerospace. The FhG has set itself the task of supporting the commercial use of new technologies. This is done by providing companies with the necessary expertise and infrastructure required to develop such technologies to market maturity.
