SHAKE OUT RUN & CARB LOAD BRUNCH

Join us for the annual FFM Marathon Shake Out Run // supported by Hoka & Maurten, we invite you to have an easy shake out and carb load! To kick off Marathon Weekend, we'll meet at COSMIC at 10:00 - HOKA provides test shoes and if you're running on sunday, we'll have a Maurten nutrition package for you (as long as stock lasts). We'll also have a limited special goodie! We'll do an easy 5k shake out at 10:30, followed by carb load brunch by COSMIC (thx Hoka) and our annual community hang out. The perfect time to create your race bracelet and have questions about Sunday's race! DM if you have questions.
