Pactopolis: Experience the Game at Essen 2026 - Booth 4F-110

Come get a hands-on-preview of this interaction-heavy strategy game where individual ambition meets shared fate! Grow. Negotiate. Sustain. You will compete, collaborate, negotiate freely with other players and adapt your strategy as the game world changes around you. The game is easy to learn — but becomes increasingly complex as new challenges emerge and players have to find creative ways to solve them together. 🎲 Choose your experience 🔥 TABLE A — Full Experience | 2 hours Our recommended session if you want to really experience PACTOPOLIS. You will play 3 of the 5 game rounds, including onboarding. This gives you enough time to experience the core mechanics, the increasing complexity and — most importantly — the negotiation and deal-making that makes PACTOPOLIS different. Expect approximately: • 10–15 min onboarding • ~30 min negotiation and discussion • The rest of the time playing, planning and adapting This is the session we recommend if you want to understand what makes PACTOPOLIS tick. ⚡ TABLE B — Short Experience | 1 hour Short on time? This session lets you get a taste of PACTOPOLIS. You will play 1–2 game rounds and learn the core mechanics and how the game works. You will get a good introduction to the game, but you will experience less of the increasing complexity and creative deal-making that develops over a longer session. Choose this option if your Essen schedule is tight. 👀 JUST WANT TO SEE THE GAME? No time for a full play session? Stop by our demo table. You can see and handle the game components, ask questions and get a quick overview of how PACTOPOLIS works. No booking required for the demo table. 🤝 A VERY INTERACTIVE GAME PACTOPOLIS is not a traditional "sit quietly and optimise your own strategy" game. You will be expected to talk, negotiate and make deals with the other players. There are very few rules restricting what you can negotiate, so the table conversation is an important part of the game. Easy to learn. Complex to master. 📅 Booking information Every player must book their own place. Want to play with friends? Make sure everyone books the same session. Places are limited because each table is designed for an actual play experience. Read more about the game on pactopolis.com.
