Our journey takes place in the enchanting Heilgarten (inside), nestled in the heart of the Altonaer Volkspark urban forest. Surrounded by majestic trees and fresh forest air, we let nature ground our bodies and elevate our spirits as we channel our intentions into reality, move with the flow of life and open ourselves up to receive our wildest dreams and desires. Closing & Sharing CircleIntegration, reflection, and sacred connection before stepping back out into the world grounded and full. Who Is This For? This space is created for women & female-identified people seeking: Deep connection with themselves and other spiritual, warm-hearted human beings. A space to embody joy, ease, and the art of receiving. Reconnection with their body, breath, and inner guidance. A moment to pause and recalibrate. Meet Your Hosts Munirah is a certified yoga teacher (600+ hours), postpartum massage therapist, Matrescence coach and cacao facilitator. She is a lover of spiritual, feminine rituals and feels her greatest joy when sharing the power of presence and connection with her community. IG: @luminousyogalife Anna is a somatic bodyworker, embodiment guide, neurosomatic coach, and sexology counsellor exploring the meeting point between the body, desire, pleasure, and healing. Her work weaves somatics, body liberation, and earth medicine, supporting women to move from pain, fatigue, emotional dysregulation, and numbness toward greater ease, embodiment, self-awareness, pleasure, and aliveness.IG: @anna__ostrega Natascha combines somatic work, community, and music with what often remains unspoken - and precisely because of that, needs space.
