Chill out and boost your energy with a fun mix of Pilates moves and deep breathwork to reset your body and mind. Pilates & Breathwork Join us for a 50-minute Pilates session, followed by a calming breathwork practice designed to soothe your nervous system. The amazing Aline Werner, Aline is a certified Breathwork instructor, yoga teacher and life coach specializing in stress management and resilience. Breath is one of the fastest ways to regulate the nervous system, which is why she weaves it into everything she does. Stick around afterwards for some warm drinks and good chats 😊 The Pilates Class will take place from 18:15 - 19:05 Book a class with your membership, wellpass, USC or wellhub. Otherwise, you can book a drop in session at https://fs8.com/studio/munichtheresienwiese . The Calming Breathwork will take place from 19:10 - 19:30/40 - Regulate your nervous system after a long week on a Friday evening. Stick around after the class for a warm drink and chats! Members who have a membership / Urban Sports Club / wellpass / wellhub - just book with 1 credit and €15 extra payment. Non members - €25 ticket everything included You will need grip socks for the pilates - they are also available to purchase at the studio. You don't need to have prior experience in Pilates - beginners welcome!
