SENSORY CACAO WORKSHOP + CEREMONY

The ceremony starts by preparing cacao together I have always loved looking beyond what is immediately visible. And with cacao, I often find myself wishing I could share one more part of the experience: the cutting, the mixing, the joy, the sensations that go into preparing our cacao cup. During this afternoon together, we will prepare our cacao together, taking our time to explore it through all five senses. As our cacao is ready, we will move into the ceremony. A moment to be held, without effort. I'll guide you through this experience, from the first touch of cacao in the kitchen to the quiet moments of our ceremony. If you have been curious to learn more about cacao, how to prepare it and what it feels like to sit with it, this is for you. A small gathering where you can take home a felt understanding of this beautiful heart medicine. 🤎 Giulia PS: DM me on Instagram @remembertoswing if you have any questions <3
