As the body softens, frequencies move through the empty pool—echoing, expanding, and dissolving into silence. Surrounded by open sky and the quiet of night, sound becomes something you don’t just hear, but feel. This is a journey into the space between breaths, between thoughts… where true restoration begins. Come as you are. Leave attuned, grounded, and aligned with your natural rhythm ✨ No prior experience is needed—simply bring an open heart and a willingness to rest! What to Bring Please bring a yoga mat, blanket, and any comforts to help you relax — pillow, eye mask, or warm layers as your body temperature tends to drop in a relaxed state of mind.
