An intimate women's circle for honest conversation, reflection and connection when life doesn't look quite like you thought it would. When Life Doesn't Look Like You Thought It Would Not every loss comes with a funeral. Sometimes we grieve someone we love. But sometimes we grieve a relationship. A changing body. Our health. A friendship. An opportunity. A version of ourselves. A dream. Or simply the life we thought we'd have by now. And sometimes, we don't even recognize what we're carrying as grief. September's RH | Being Her Sister Circle makes room for those experiences—the losses others recognize and the ones we often carry quietly. This isn't about “getting over it,” forcing closure or asking you to let go of what mattered. It's about having somewhere to tell the truth about what life looks like now. Because two things can be true. You can grieve and still experience joy. You can be healing and still live. You can miss who you were and become curious about who you are now. You can acknowledge that life didn't unfold the way you imagined—and still make room for the life that's here. This month, we'll explore what it might mean to acknowledge what has been lost, notice what we're still carrying, and perhaps begin to hold the love without carrying all of the weight. What You Can Expect We'll gather in an intimate circle where women can share, listen, reflect, connect and simply be witnessed. Your evening may include: • Honest, compassionate conversation and sisterhood • Guided grounding and gentle restorative practices • Journaling and personal reflection • Meaningful ritual and moments of connection • Space to share, listen and be witnessed • Tea and time together • A joyful Being Her Celebration before we leave No special wellness experience is necessary. Everything is invitational. You are always welcome to participate in the way that feels most comfortable for you, and sharing is never required. RH | Being Her Sister Circles are intimate monthly gatherings centered around the real experiences women are navigating while continuing to show up for everyday life. Each month brings a different conversation. Some may meet you exactly where you are. Others may not be yours right now—and that's okay. Come for the conversation that speaks to you. Come as you are. There is room for her here. RH | Being Her Sister Circles are wellness and community-support gatherings. They are not group psychotherapy, mental-health treatment, or a substitute for professional medical or mental-health care.
