Join me for a Soul Connection Circle and reconnect with your true self in a calm, cozy, heart-opening space. Soul Connection Circle: A Return to Yourself A small, in-person gathering for anyone curious about connecting to themselves at a deeper level. A guided meditation opens the body and moves inward, past thought, toward something deeper. From there, the day holds space to explore that connection through presence rather than conversation: journalling, silent partner work, and a shared sound or breath as a group. We close with a guided Yoga Nidra (aka Yogic Sleep), a journey inward to meet whatever you've touched during the day. No experience needed, nothing you're asked to explain or perform. Yoga Nidra involves lying down for an extended period in a guided state of deep relaxation therefore no yoga experience is required. Who it's for: • Anyone curious about connecting to themselves at a deeper level • People who want real connection, not just conversation or small talk • Anyone new to meditation, Yoga Nidra, or this kind of space. You don't need experience What's included • An opening ritual to mark the shift into circle time • A guided meditation through the body and its energy centres • Private journalling, just for you • Paired soul gazing • A "who are you" inquiry practice, done in pairs • A collective sound or breath moment as a whole group • A card exchange, writing one word from the day to place in a shared bowl • A full guided Yoga Nidra, as a closing journey inward • A collective closing moment together, and a card drawn to take home What to bring: Comfortable clothing, a yoga mat (or similar), an eye mask, a cushion and blanket or extra layer for the Yoga Nidra, as your body temperature can drop during deep relaxation. Feel free to bring slippers or a warm pair of socks too. Please note: Yoga Nidra involves lying down for an extended period in a guided state of deep relaxation. It isn't recommended without medical guidance if you're pregnant, have epilepsy, have a diagnosed mental health condition, or are currently unwell.
