Dobbelt worksharing: NØGENSNEGL og Arian Sajina

Kom forbi UP og oplev worksharings af NØGENSNEGL og Arian Sajina. Her vil de give os et indblik i deres arbejde, som afslutning på en uges residency i regi af UPs Tid i Rum. Efter de to worksharings serveres der kaffe og te i foyeren på UP. Program: 13.00-13:45: Worksharing i The Pit med NØGENSNEGL og undersøgelsen "Mødet som metode" 13:45-14.30: Worksharing i White Lab med Arian Sajina og projektet “30 rounds” 14.30-15.00: Kaffe og the i foyeren Om "Mødet som metode" af NØGENSNEGL Nøgensnegl er et kunstnerisk performanceprojekt skabt af Iben Damkjær, der arbejder med omsorgsfuld performance i offentlige rum, på festivaler og kulturinstitutioner samt i natur- og kultursammenhænge. Projektet bevæger sig mellem scenekunst, visuel kunst og interaktion og inviterer til nærvær, forundring og nye former for fællesskab. I Tid i Rum vil holdet undersøge mødet som kunstnerisk metode og stille spørgsmålet ‘Hvordan kan en scenisk situation opstå gennem den konkrete relation mellem performer, deltager, kostume, lyd og rum?’ Om "30 rounds" af Arian Sajina I ‘30 rounds’ udforsker danser Arian Sajina et fænomen inden for breakdance, der kaldes 30 rounds : Når en breaker fylder 30 år, danser vedkommende 30 runder improviserede dansefraser i træk i en cypher, som er en cirkel, hvor dansere skiftes til at danse. I Arian Sajinas undersøgelse, ser han fænomenet, som et overgangsritual som åbner op for spørgsmål omkring aldring, fællesskab, slægtslinjer, migration, modgang og maskulinitet. I Tid i Rum vil han sammen med Marco Payer, koreograf og dramaturgisk samarbejdspartner, undersøge, hvordan materiale fra et tidligere residency udviklet i en gruppe kan overføres til én krop, og hvordan cypheren kan fungere som performativt rum med én breaker. The worksharings marks the conclusion of a week-long residency as part of UP’s Tid i Rum program. Following the worksharings, coffee and tea will be served in UP’s foyer. Programme: 13:00–13:45: Worksharing in The Pit with NØGENSNEGL and the project “Mødet som metode” 13:45–14:30: Worksharing in White Lab with Arian Sajina and the project “30 rounds” 14:30–15:00: Coffee and tea in the foyer About “Mødet som metode” by NØGENSNEGL Nøgensnegl is an artistic performance project created by Iben Damkjær, that works with performance in public spaces, at festivals and cultural institutions, as well as in natural and cultural contexts. The project moves between performing arts, visual arts and interaction, and invites a sense of presence, wonder and new forms of community. In ‘Tid i Rum’, the team will explore the encounter as an artistic method and ask the question: ‘How can a theatrical situation arise through the concrete relationship between performer, participant, costume, sound and space?’ About “30 rounds” by Arian Sajina In ‘30 rounds’, dancer Arian Sajina explores a phenomenon within breaking known as ‘30 rounds’: upon turning 30, a breaker dances 30 consecutive rounds — improvised dance phrases – in a cypher (a circle in which dancers take turns to dance.) In Arian Sajina’s exploration, he views the phenomenon as a rite of passage that raises questions about ageing, community, lineage, migration, adversity and masculinity. In Tid i Rum, he will, together with Marco Payer, a choreographer and dramaturgical collaborator, explore how material from a previous group residency can be transferred to a single body, and how the cypher can function as a performative space with a single breaker.
