ECSTATIC DANCE by Range of Motion

Ecstatic Dance by Range Of Motion October Theme : POETRY in MOTION (formerly known as Ecstatic Dance with Grundstoff & Ionstrom) In the framework of our new association, Range of Motion , our dance evenings are evolving into a bit more intentionally held and themed format. The e vents will open with a session of guided movement exploration, inspired by the theme of the night, before the dance unfolds into a free ecstatic wave. You participate in the exercises as you choose for yourself. We encourage all participants to become members, for a continued fellowship and discounted tickets on all events, which replaces our previous early bird-system. WHAT IS ECSTATIC DANCE? Our invitation is to approach dance as a moving meditation, as a way to sweat your prayers and celebrate being alive and human, welcoming every aspect. Have you ever been longing for a dancefloor where you can set yourself free to dance as if no one is watching, and where everyone else is doing the same? A barefoot dancefloor with a clear vibe - no alcohol or drugs, no small talk, no mobile phones. Simply a crowd of people moving freely, for the pure joy of it, the therapy, the medicine, the pleasure. Whatever mood you might be in when you arrive, let it move. There is no agenda and nothing you can do wrong. The dancefloor is a potential self-healing place, a potential meditation in motion, a potential ground for meeting others in movement - or simply an opportunity to move to really juicy music. Come and let your body lead the way! DO YOU WANT CACAO? Remember to buy your additional voucher next to your event ticket - latest 24 hours before the event! ✨ THEME 5. DECEMBER: POETRY in MOTION As the colder season approaches, I find myself longing for beauty, tenderness, depth and soulfulness. I want to explore poetry in a broader sense – as essence, as abstract expression of what is alive, as a way of giving form to what is felt inside. With this theme, I want to choose music that i experience as poetic - both with and without words. Perhaps a little more lyrics than usual, but above all, soundscapes that in itself inspires a more explorative and delicate expression through the body. Of course, we will also venture into the raw, the energetic and the wild. I long to bathe in beauty together with you. Much love from DJ Grundstoff. ✨ THE PROGRAM for OCTOBER 10th - PLEASE READ <3 19.00 – Doors open. We begin serving Cacao. (Make sure to pre-order cacao with a billetto voucher!) 19.15 – Event start. The DJ’s intention is to create a smooth wave with great variety — a multicolor journey with room for many aspects of being human. Expect electronic depth blended with ethnic and organic elements — voices, percussion, spacious bass, raw rhythms. Music that supports you to experience yourself and your moving body in a wide variety of ways. Sometimes live elements will be woven into the journey as Range of Motion opens up for new collaborations with musicians and facilitators aligned with the theme of the evening. 🌏 CEREMONIAL CACAO We offer the option to drink Ceremonial Cacao as a supplement to the dance.
