SAYSKY SESSIONS – FIRST EDITION

Introducing our new training concept in Copenhagen. The idea behind SAYSKY Sessions is to bring runners of all levels together for guided workouts that are easy to join, but still give the legs something to work with. The first session takes place on October 29th in Fælledparken, where we’ll kick things off with a fartlek workout. Fartlek is a training method from Sweden and means “speed play.” It’s all about playing with pace, switching between faster and easier sections, and finding your rhythm without overthinking the watch. Gatorade and PurePower will keep the energy going along the way. All levels are welcome. Show up ready to run – solo or with a friend. Date: October 29th Time: 18:15–19.30 Meeting point: Fælledparken, Østerbro: Edel Sauntés Allé Workout: Fartlek – 10 rounds of 2 minutes fast / 2 minutes easy. Run the fast sections at around 10K effort, then recover with an easy jog before going again.
