The Sound of Water

Morning Gong & Sound Bath with Ylenia Fiorini Begin the day immersed in sound, water and stillness at KAI on Papirøen. Inspired by Kengo Kuma’s approach to creating a dialogue between architecture, nature, light and the human experience, The Sound of Water explores the meeting point between sound and space, allowing the architecture, the water and the vibrations to become part of the experience. The experience begins with a few moments of silence and gentle grounding before moving into an immersive sound bath. The sounds and vibrations unfold through the body and the space, followed by a final period of silence and contemplation, a moment to notice what remains when the sound fades away. A space to slow down, breathe and listen to yourself, to the water and to the space around you. Please bring: Comfortable, loose clothing, anything that helps you feel cosy and warm during the experience, and a water bottle. Mats and blankets will be provided. No previous experience with meditation or sound baths is needed. Simply come as you are and allow yourself to listen. The event is in English.
