We have gathered in different nations, with much of the Celebration's history rooted in Canada. In 2026, we are doing something different. We are bringing the experience to Punta Cana, Dominican Republic, and intentionally making it smaller, more intimate and more holistic. Why? This year's experience brings together leadership, financial intelligence, investment, purpose, wellness, relationships, faith, celebration and strategic thinking around one defining question: What is your Vision 2030? You may arrive with ideas. Our intention is that you leave with greater clarity about the life, organization, business, community and legacy you want to build between now and 2030. THIS IS NOT ANOTHER CONFERENCE There are no thousands of anonymous delegates disappearing into a convention centre. This is intentionally intimate. We are creating an environment where conversations become relationships, relationships become collaborations, and ideas become strategies capable of producing global and generational impact. FOUR DISTINCT EXPERIENCES. THURSDAY, OCTOBER 1 ARRIVAL • WELCOME • GLOBAL CONNECTION Arrive in Punta Cana, settle in and prepare for an unforgettable weekend. Thursday evening officially opens with our Welcome Reception & Global Networking Social—an elegant but relaxed gathering featuring introductions, greetings from distinguished guests, hors d'oeuvres, refreshments and meaningful conversations. This is where strangers begin becoming friends and possibilities begin becoming relationships. FRIDAY, OCTOBER 2 INVESTORS & WEALTH CONFERENCE • FINANCIAL INTELLIGENCE • EXPERIENCE Following breakfast, we turn our attention to prosperity and generational wealth. Our Investors & Wealth Conference will explore financial intelligence, investment opportunities, wealth creation, entrepreneurship, real estate and the thinking required to build assets and opportunities capable of extending beyond one generation. You don't have to consider yourself an "investor" to belong in the conversation. If you earn, lead, build, own, employ, create or aspire to leave something behind, financial intelligence matters. After lunch, the boardroom gives way to Punta Cana. Guests will experience curated excursion options from 2:00–5:00 PM, followed by an evening of dining and relationship-building at selected restaurants from 7:00–10:00 PM. SATURDAY, OCTOBER 3 TRANSFORMATIONAL LEADERSHIP • GLOBAL IMPACT • YACHT • CELEBRATION Saturday moves from building wealth to building impact and legacy. Following breakfast, our Transformational Leadership Symposium explores Vision 2030 for Global Impact—bringing leaders, thinkers and changemakers into powerful conversations about purposeful leadership, transformation, community, organizational growth and legacy. The symposium will also feature the official launch of Alex Ihama's newest book, Change is NOT Enough: The Mystique of Transformation in Life, Leadership & Legacy. Then we leave the conference behind. From 2:00–5:00 PM, we take the experience to the Caribbean Sea for our signature private yacht cruise—music, refreshments, spectacular scenery, conversation, laughter and memories. Saturday evening culminates with the Celebration of Purpose & Grace and Alex Ihama's Birthday Celebration—an elegant evening of dining, live entertainment, dancing, recognition, friendship and gratitude. Because achievement means very little if we never stop long enough to celebrate being alive. SUNDAY, OCTOBER 4 BRUNCH • THANKSGIVING • KINGDOM EMPOWERMENT Sunday brings everything back to gratitude. From 10:00 AM–12:00 PM, we gather for a relaxed farewell brunch—good food, meaningful conversations and final connections. From 12:00–1:00 PM, our official program concludes with a Thanksgiving Service & Kingdom Empowerment, followed by our Vote of Thanks. It is an opportunity to reflect on life, faith, relationships, purpose and the grace that allows us to keep building. After 1:00 PM, delegates who remain in Punta Cana may independently enjoy golf, spa and wellness experiences, shopping, excursions, island tours, courtesy visits and local landmarks. PURPOSE. PEACE.
