HAYLEY CAMPBELL Hayley is a mental health advocate, copywriter and dance fitness instructor who believes movement should make you feel better, not like you need to be better. For the past 10 years, she’s been helping people discover the joy of movement through dance - with a particular focus on making it accessible, low-pressure and completely free from the idea that you need to earn your food or change your body to exercise. Hayley also brings her own lived experience of mental health challenges into the conversations she hasabout wellbeing, confidence and self-care. Her sessions are a mix of honest conversation, humour, music and movement to get people out of their heads, out of their comfort zones and connecting with the people around them.
