Holding Space is a gathering for shared experience, reflection, and healing in connection. In the quiet and restorative, intimate environment of the salt cave, we’ll create space to find stillness, turn inward, write, and experience what it means to be present with and within ourselves while being held in the presence of others.

Through gentle grounding, guided practices, written expression, meaningful connection, and shared presence, we’ll create the conditions for profound healing and deep meaning to take form and hold the space within and between us. Behold & Be Held. Please wear layers in case you get warm or cool in the salt cave. Please bring or wear socks for inside of the cave. Blankets and zero gravity chairs are waiting for you in the cave. Please bring a journal and pen for writing.
