TENNIS LESSON BEGINNER

In this beginner session, we’ll focus on learning the fundamentals of the forehand and backhand through a progressive, step-by-step approach. We’ll start by breaking down each stroke into simple steps, using analytical exercises to help you understand and become familiar with the correct technique and movements. As you gain confidence, we’ll gradually move on to more complete, game-based exercises, combining everything you’ve learned and finishing with fun, dynamic tennis games to put your new skills into practice. The lesson will be led by a qualified tennis coach with a degree in Sport Science and international coaching experience at prestigious tennis academies, including the Rafa Nadal Academy. Our goal is to help you build a solid technical foundation, develop confidence, and start enjoying real tennis rallies, all in a fun, supportive, and friendly environment.
