Our Private VIP Karaoke Experience is the perfect way to enjoy an exclusive, in-person party with your friends. Sing your favorite tunes, enjoy a cozy setup, and let loose without any interruptions. Whether you’re a shower star or a karaoke pro, this is your moment to shine like a true VIP! What's included • Private karaoke room just for your group (age limit 18) • 2 hours of use (16:00-18:00) • Professional karaoke equipment ready to use • Customers choose the songs themselves from the karaoke computer • Staff (karaoke host) is on site if needed • Bar open (drinks not included) Capacity & guests The reservation only includes the number of people paid in advance. Age limit 18, age must be proven with ID (no picture of ID accepted). No more people can enter than stated in the reservation, and additional seats cannot be purchased after booking or upon arrival, even for a separate fee. Booking & Payment The reservation is confirmed immediately after payment. Reservations are binding and cannot be cancelled or transferred by the customer. Payments are non-refundable for reasons of the customer's own choosing, such as: • getting sick • work obstacles • schedule changes Refund policy If the service cannot be provided for reasons attributable to the service provider (e.g. technical failure, power outage or other obstacle), the customer will be offered a full refund or a new booking time. Minor technical disruptions, such as brief internet or system outages, do not entitle you to a refund if the service can be resumed within a reasonable time. Staff always strives to ensure that the service is resumed as quickly as possible. Timing The reserved time is strictly 16:00-18:00. Arriving late will not extend the reservation time. Experience note This is not just an ordinary karaoke night, but a private VIP experience just for your group - your own space, your own time and your own show.
