Your invitation to the Casa Culi dinner table! Pull up a chair, try my cookbook recipes and meet your new favorite people over a wine. Casa Culi Test Kitchen is a living-room-style dinner in the heart of El Carmen. I’m writing my first cookbook, and I’m testing the recipes on you. Expect an intimate setting with cool people where good food does what it does best: starts conversations. This evening is for everyone. Guests come from all over the world, lots of expats, locals, newbies and regulars. Come to meet new people and grow your network, professionally or personally. Don’t have anyone to come with? Come alone! That’s what makes it fun. We start with a welcome drink and a little bite, so you can arrive, settle in and say hi to the people around you. Then everyone sits down at the table for multiple rounds of food, made with fresh, seasonal ingredients from the Valencian markets. You taste, you share and you tell me what you think. To finish, we have a walking dessert, so you can get up, grab a glass and have some more chats with even more people. Included in the price are 3 drinks, all the food and new, cool connections. Important note on allergies and intolerances At all my events, I take allergies and intolerances into account from A to Z. Feeding everyone well and giving every guest a complete experience matters a lot to me. This evening is different. Because I’m collecting feedback on new recipes, the menu is fixed. Some ingredients can be left out, but for certain intolerances I can’t make adjustments without changing the dish I’m testing. And I’d rather not give you a limited experience.
