Meet Our Keynote Speaker: Jessica Horaney We're honored to welcome Jessica Horaney as the keynote speaker for the 2026 PWN Foundation Scholarship Awards. Jessica Horaney serves as the Associate Director of Space Solutions Value Stream Leadership for Collins Aerospace, where she leads cross-functional teams supporting innovative aerospace technologies. Throughout her 25-year career, she has built a reputation for exceptional leadership, strategic vision, and a passion for developing others. Beyond her professional accomplishments, Jessica is a dedicated community leader and advocate for women in STEM. She has served in leadership roles with numerous local organizations, including United Way of East Central Iowa, Corridor Women's Forum, and Women United, and has been recognized as a 2024 Corridor Business Journal Women of Influence Honoree for her outstanding contributions to both her profession and the community. Join us as Jessica shares insights from her remarkable leadership journey while we celebrate the achievements of this year's PWN Foundation Scholarship recipients.
