Slow + Still: A Yin & Meditation Practice

Join us on the Oasis Lawn at Plaza San Antonio Hotel & Spa for Slow + Still, a 75-minute yin yoga and meditation experience designed to gently work into the body’s deeper connective tissues, improve mobility and flexibility, and create space to soften rather than strive. Throughout the practice, you’ll be guided through a series of long-held, supported yin postures, with moments of meditation and stillness woven throughout. The intention is simple: quiet some of the outside noise, reconnect with your breath, and notice what comes up when you give yourself permission to move a little slower. No previous yoga or meditation experience is needed. You do not need to be flexible or “good” at meditation, just come as you are, get comfortable, and give your body and mind a little more room to breathe. What to Bring Please bring a yoga mat, water, and bug spray. Blocks, bolsters, blankets, or anything else that helps you feel more comfortable are always welcome.
