HEAL: A Somatic Wellness Retreat

5 days for healing, community, and renewal. Join for a somatic wellness retreat designed to support nervous system healing. Calling all eldest daughters, chronic “givers," and sensitive empaths: HEAL is designed to help you explore and heal deep-rooted patterns of perfectionism, people-pleasing, and the pressures that come with being a high achiever. Through group work, somatic healing, and time away, you’ll experience transformative healing and return to yourself in a supportive and nurturing environment. Through somatic healing, group connection, and intentional rest, you’ll experience: • Emotional and psychological healing from perfectionism and people-pleasing. • Somatic healing practices to reset your nervous system and release trauma stored in the body. • A supportive, nurturing community of like-minded individuals exploring their unique journey. • Tools to live authentically, be in alignment, and find deeper inner peace. Investment is all-inclusive except airfare and varies based on accommodation. About the Facilitator: Katie Bellamy (she/her), licensed therapist, somatic healer, Reiki Master/Teacher, and founder of Bellamy & Associates, a holistic therapy, coaching, and energy healing practice. With 10+ years of experience helping high-achievers, entrepreneurs, and caregivers break free from burnout and self-doubt, Katie finds purpose in integrating somatic therapy, mindfulness, and movement-based healing to create profound transformation. As with most callings, my own personal journey of unlearning the hustle, urgency, and pressure that comes with a constant state of over-giving, high achieving, and prioritizing others over the self informs my work with clients. While I work with these themes with individual clients now, I’m passionate about continuing the HEAL Retreat in Mexico to invite this healing to take place in a powerful, grounded, community-centered way. Sample Daily Schedule: 7:30am: Morning Mindfulness in a serene jungle setting 8:00am: Breakfast as a retreat group 9:30am: Educational workshop on a retreat theme (e.g. burnout, perfectionism, etc.) 12:30pm: Lunch as a retreat group 2:00pm: Free time - relax by the pool, book a massage or Reiki session, chat with a new friend, read, journal 4:00pm: Somatic workshop & healing group work 6:30pm: Dinner as a retreat group 8:00pm: Time to connect with the group or rest solo
