Inkef & Prosus CrossFit WOD

Get ready to turn Slush energy into pure sweat and smiles — Inkef and Prosus are teaming up this year to bring back the legendary CrossFit WOD at North Engine CrossFit after the succes of last year.Join us on November 18th from 08:00 to 09:00. Expect fast-paced rounds, and plenty of high-fives as we push through a workout that welcomes all levels (mods available if you want them). Come ready to work hard and leave feeling fired up! Bring your usual training gear, a water bottle, and a willingness to go hard — and stick around afterward to grab a coffee (and treat) around the corner. Whether you’re refueling or kicking off another day at Slush, this session is all about good vibes, solid coaching, and a sweaty time well spent. See you on the floor!
