Evening of shared experience and practical support Integration 2.0: your toolkit to resilience and emotional wellbeing in uncertain times. Tampere Talent Ambassadors and Bloom Tampere invite international citizens of Tampere to an evening of shared experience and practical support. The event will be hosted by Talent Ambassador Murat Ulupinar. On the agenda: • Personal case story about building a happy life in Finland through challenges (Rajkumar Sabanadesan) • Talk on the physiological basis of mental wellbeing in Finland, with health and lifestyle tips that support resilience and long term goals (Ivana Ćurčić) • Panel discussion hosted by Tampere Talent Ambassadors on psychological resilience, with tips for keeping your spirit up and building a sisu mindset (Katerina Crawford, Rajkumar Sebanadesan, Ivana Ćurčić, Talent Ambassadors) Whether you arrived last month or years ago, you are welcome to come and take home a few useful tools for everyday life.
