Halloween Eve Murder Mystery Night | Montreal

A candy king is dead and everyone’s a suspect. Solve an original murder mystery at one candlelit table. 20 seats. Fri Oct 30, Montreal. Montreal’s candy king is gone, and his family has gathered around his long, candlelit dining table for the reading of the will. The will has one last clause: whoever names the killer inherits the empire. Tonight, that’s you. You’re the detective. Read the evidence, question the suspects, catch the lies, and make your accusation with the whole table before the big reveal. A live host narrates, and every clue is on the table: delivery receipts, gate logs, texts, emails, and call logs. How the night works • 6:30 PM: Doors. Find your seat, get your themed drink, settle in. • 7:00 PM: The reading of the will begins. Meet the family and open the case. • Mid-evening: Investigate, compare notes, and catch the suspects in their lies. • Before 8:30 PM: Make your accusation, then the reveal. What’s included • A seat at the long candlelit table for the full 90-minute original mystery • A themed drink and dessert • A live host and a full case file of evidence Bring a craft, optional! This is a Montreal Crochet and Knit Club night, so crafting is welcome, not required. Bring knitting, crochet, embroidery, or a sketchbook and work while you sleuth, or just come to play. No acting, no craft skills, and no mystery experience needed. Funny and dramatic. Perfect for date nights, friend groups, and solo guests who want something different on Halloween eve. Your host: Shosho Abotouk, stand-up comedian and founder of the Montreal Crochet and Knit Club, the group behind Montreal’s cult-favourite craft and murder mystery nights.
