A new kind of wellness event: yoga, pelvic health, speaker panels, local vendors & community—all in one morning. Your ticket includes: sound bath, yoga class, wellness panel, vendor experience, personalized wellness basket, and time to connect with our community. Bella Valore Wellness and The Pelvic Institute Chicago are coming together for Rooted in Your Body, a whole-body wellness experience created for women and femmes to move, learn, connect, and reconnect with themselves. Begin the morning with a grounding sound bath before moving through a nourishing, all-levels yoga practice, with a wellness basket on your mat curated for you. From there, join an intimate conversation with practitioners across mental and physical wellness—including a mental health clinician, Ayurvedic practitioner, and pelvic floor specialist—exploring emotional wellness, women’s health, pelvic health, life transitions, and the parts of our wellbeing we don't always talk about. Then, slow down and stay awhile. Connect with other attendees, meet local wellness makers, and explore thoughtfully curated offerings including batch goods, natural hair oils, energy drinks, tarot readings, and more. Come curious.
