BLK Girl Space: Maternal Wellness Program offers free health and wellness services for both prenatal and postpartum mothers. Our goal is to reduce isolation, promote emotional wellness, strengthen community connections and provide accessible resources that support healthy pregnancies and postpartum experiences. What You'll Gain Participants will: • Connect with a supportive community of Black mothers • Learn practical tools for managing stress and protecting mental health • Improve overall wellness through movement and mindfulness • Receive education from trusted professionals • Build confidence in navigating pregnancy and postpartum • Access local resources and referrals • Develop meaningful relationships that extend beyond the program Together, we're creating healthier pregnancies, stronger families and thriving communities one mother at a time.
