This is the ideal time to offer you a holistic ‘inside and out’ approach: stimulating facial microcirculation through Face Yoga to restore your skin’s radiance, and nourishing the body from within. To mark the occasion, our Facelab By RIVOLI is teaming up with chef Alexandre Griche – founder of TABLA Home – to prepare a Face Yoga and Nutrition brunch experience for you. Enjoy an inclusive, small-group session during which you’ll be introduced to facial yoga techniques – a natural method to tone your muscles, smooth your features and restore radiance to your complexion – as well as nutritional advice on how to eat healthily and choose the right foods throughout the winter. During this workshop, our experts will guide you through self-massage techniques that you can easily replicate at home.
