Mushroom foraging forest walk, sauna, meditation and meal cooked over open fire MUSHROOM FORAGING WORKSHOP Join us for a half-day gathering in the forest to discover the fascinating world of common fungi. We'll begin with an introduction to edible and non-edible mushrooms, sustainable foraging practices, and simple ways to store and preserve your finds. We'll then head into the woods for a gentle walking meditation, slowing down and connecting with the forest floor as we search for fungi. With a little luck, we'll gather some edible mushrooms to bring back and cook for our lunch. After our woodland wander, it's time to unwind in the sauna, where our experienced sauna host will guide you through a traditional Eastern European sauna ritual, bringing together heat, steam and mindful connection. We'll finish the day around the open fire, sharing a simple seasonal meal made with our forest finds and cooked over the flames. A day of forest, fungi, sauna, fire and good food—an invitation to slow down, learn something new and reconnect with the natural world.
