Step Change in Safety is pleased to offer a 2-Day Safety Leadership Development Course in collaboration with member organisations Woods Alternative, Salos Sunesis, Equilibria, and Why Human Factors. This course is tailored for Site Managers, Supervisors and Safety Representatives working in high-hazard environments who have a role in leading, engaging with and influencing others to improve safety culture. The course helps participants develop their non-technical leadership skills and deepen their understanding of Human Performance, enabling them to foster proactive, high-impact safety cultures.
