For Site Managers and Supervisors working in high-hazard environments who are responsible for leading teams and influencing safety Step Change in Safety is pleased to offer a 2-Day Safety Leadership Development Course in collaboration with member organisations Woods Alternative, Salos Sunesis, Equilibria, and Why Human Factors. The course helps participants develop their non-technical leadership skills and deepen their understanding of Human Performance, enabling them to foster proactive, high-impact safety cultures.
