Free motorcycle health checks, motorcycle first aid, coffee, cake and pizza! Join us on Sunday 18th October 2026, 10 AM – 3 PM at R+R Fitness, Bridge of Don, AB23 8GX for another brilliant day of bikes & banter. We’ll be offering completely free motorcycle health checks carried out by a qualified bike tech and in the afternoon don’t miss our First Aid for Bikers sessions, led by an ex‑Motorcycle Paramedic. You’ll learn what to do if you or your mate throws it down the road or track with practical, real‑world advice every rider should know. More details in the events section of the website. There’ll be coffee and cakes on site, and we’re also hoping to have a pizza van parked up for the day — because good food and good company go hand‑in‑hand. Come along, meet like‑minded riders, have a blether, and be part of a growing community.
