Join us at The Nook to meet with & chat with other parents, Carers or Guardians of children & Young People with Mental Health difficulties A Conversation Cafe for those parents, Carers or Guardians whose children struggle with their Mental Health What is The Nook? The Nook offers drop-in mental health support in a safe, stigma-free and non-clinical environment – without the need for an appointment. Walk-in support hubs where anyone can visit to speak about mental health, The Nooks will provide visitors with access to support for themselves, or people they care about. Our first Nooks are now open in Glasgow’s Merchant City and in Marischal Square, Aberdeen. Our skilled and compassionate staff are ready to support you, seven days a week.
