Explore wellbing in the outdoors. Discover, Connect and Care for Yourself Join Louise and Sarah as we explore Aberdeen and discover what it has to offer through visits to local parks, green spaces, and buildings of interest. This flexible, community-based group offers a welcoming space for parents to connect with others while focusing on wellbeing, balance, and everyday self-care. Together, we will explore local places, take part in simple craft activities, and share ideas and strategies to support positive wellbeing. The sessions provide opportunities to get outdoors, try creative activities, learn more about the local community, and take time for yourself in a relaxed and supportive environment.
