LATNEM Evening Face to Face Support Group - INVERURIE

A chat and a brew - we're here for you! Mental Health Peer Support Group for mothers and birthing people – face to face group meeting. Come and join us for a cuppa, cake and a chat about your mental health, parenthood and so much more. Our trained volunteers will make you very welcome and are there to offer support and signposting as needed. The chat is very informal – there’s no pressure to talk, and no awkward introductions. LATNEM support ALL mums and birthing people in Scotland, regardless of any disability, gender, sexual orientation, age, race or ethnicity with children of any age who need support with their mental health. You do not need a referral or an official diagnosis to access our services. You are not alone.
