Delighted to welcome Giles Cooke, Master of Wine and founder of Thistledown Wines Join us at Monty's for an informal evening tasting award winning wines with Master of Wine, Giles Cooke founder of Thistledown wines who had a vision for a more elegant, textural interpretation of Australian wine. Specializing in Grenache, Shiraz and Chardonnay Giles’ increasingly adept efforts has quickly resulted in a reputation for being amongst the best in Australia with wines coming across the Barossa, McLaren Vale, Adelaide Hills and Langhorne Creek regions of South Australia
