About Productivity Matters Productivity Matters is Peer Works’ annual conference that brings together organisations from Scotland’s private, public and third sectors to learn new strategies that can help your organisation boost productivity and increase your resilience. Why Aberdeen? We have decided to bring our Productivity Matters conference to Aberdeen because the Peer Works community in city is growing strongly. This year’s theme is ‘The Art of Change’ and there is no better place than Aberdeen to discuss transformation and innovation. Can I attend online? Unfortunately, there will be no online tickets.
