Rosemount Meet Your Neighbours Monthly Meetup

This is a community event for folk who live in Rosemount or the surrounding area and want to get involved and get to know your locals :) This is our regular monthly event where you can come along and socialise with your locals. The event is open to people in and around Rosemount who would like to build a community and make a couple of friends. As your host, I will always make sure that everyone feels included, so definitely come and chat with me. You can usually identify me easily as I'm always wearing a Hawaiian shirt. We also have a mascot, which is a pink rubber unicorn duck, so you can keep a look-out for that! It's also a good event to come to if you would like to learn what is happening in your area. We tend to be quite involved locally, so we are acquainted with many other groups and always advertise and let folks know what other events these groups have created. Apart from our monthly meetup, we do other spin-off events like park cleanups, ceilidhs, nights out, games nights and many more! You can make your voice heard as well by discussing things that are important to you in the community or even encourage us to make a certain type of event. I included a couple of photos from our events just so you can see how fun it is! If you have not been to our events before or not heard of us, our group "Rosemount Meet Your Neighbours" is a grassroots community project with the aim to bring back the community spirit by organising various events that bring people together. If you would like to find out more or want to see photos from our previous events, please check out Instagram or Facebook @rosemountmeetyourneighbours
