Seasonal Candlelit Restorative Yoga

As the seasons change, the way we move does too. Join me at Breathing Space Studio for a deeply nourishing restorative yoga experience this autumn/winter. Guided with care, this practice invites you to slow down, release tension, and reconnect with your inner calm. Supported by props and the soft ambience of flickering candlelight, you’ll be guided through restful postures designed to restore balance to body and mind. This 60 minute practise includes guided yoga and breathwork and relaxation tools for the ultimate snuggly vibes that you can carry throughout the darker nights. Refunds are not available, however you are welcome to gift your class to a friend if you are no longer able to attend. Simply notify Megan ahead of class.
