Yoga at Haddo House

Overview Join us for a blissful session of outdoor yoga amidst the beauty of Haddo's Terrace Garden A rejuvenating session of yoga in Haddo's beautiful garden! Step into nature and practice yoga surrounded by floral beauty, with the grass beneath your feet, and with the gentle sounds and sunshine of Spring & Summer all around you. Hatha Slow Flow Yoga Ali will guide you through the perfect combination of mind and body movement-based practice. This class will be a gentle meditative pace, including traditional sun salutations and hatha yoga poses which will be held longer, emphasising peace and calm as we enjoy practicing in the beauty of Haddo's garden. You will be guided through this practice with breathwork, allowing you to connect with your breath with each intentional slow flow movement. What to bring Please dress appropriately for the weather and bring a yoga mat and blanket. Additional props may be supplied. How to find Haddo House Use the postcode AB41 7LE - anything else will lead you the wrong way! Please leave yourself plenty of time so you can arrive calm & ready for the class. We suggest an extra 20 mins, to accommodate Haddo's long entrance drive, parking (Pay & Display), and walking from the carpark to the Terrace Garden, which is behind the Haddo House. Weather If the weather isn't kind the class will take place in Haddo's Peatyards Studio - a spacious & light, glass-fronted space, connecting you to the nature outdoors.
