This is your time to pause, breathe and reconnect with yourself. 🌙 WHAT TO EXPECT ✨ Guided Meditation Allow your mind to slow down, settle into the present moment and enjoy some much-needed headspace. 🎶 Reiki-Infused Sound Bath Relax into the soothing vibrations of therapeutic sound instruments, including singing bowls. This calming experience is designed to encourage relaxation, mindfulness and a sense of inner balance.
