About the producer Fuji Whisky is produced by the Kirin Distillery Company, located in the foothills of Mount Fuji in Japan. Established in 1973, the distillery is known for its unique production methods, utilizing Mt. Fuji snowmelt and rainwater in all whisky-making processes. Fuji Whisky includes a Scotch-style malt and three types of grain whiskies: American, Canadian, and Bourbon-style. The distillery is recognized for its commitment to traditional whisky-making techniques, producing a variety of whiskies that reflect the essence of Japan.
