Join us at Leigh Court for our pop-up Sunday Lunch Gather your friends and family & join us at our pop-up Sunday Lunch event, crafted by our amazing team at Epic Caterers, served in the stunning backdrop of the Great Hall’s magnificent double staircase & our impressive 19th Century décor. MENU Starters — Choose One per person • Chicken liver parfait with a seeded puffed cracker, chutney and dressed leaves. • Roasted butternut squash soup with pumpkin seeds, sourdough and locally churned butter. • Heritage tomatoes with burrata, balsamic and basil oil. Main Course — Family-Style Sharing served to the table A trio of slow-roasted horseradish and rosemary marinated beef, roast pork loin and butter roasted chicken with a rich sticky jus. Vegetarian & Vegan Alternative Mushroom and chestnut Wellington with a rich sticky jus. served with truffle roast potatoes, Yorkshire puddings, cauliflower cheese gratin, honey-roasted parsnips and carrots*. *Accompaniments adapted to suit vegetarian and vegan requirements.
