He was notably Chief Exec of NotONTheHighStreet.com during its key growth period and has held senior roles at Venture Catalyst Co, Equinox, Walmart, Ocado and Tesco, where he led the online business as CEO and Managing Director. He is curently at Hargreeves Landsown where he is appointed to the Executive Leadership Team. Through his background in digital retail platforms, Simon is expert in designing truly consumer-centric experiences and services to deliver what people need. Simon received his MBA from Havard Business School in 2007.
